Enzo Life Sciences has released a new immunohistochemistry product, MULTIVIEW® PLUS (mouse-HRP/rabbit-AP) IHC Kit (Brown/Green). This non-biotin nanopolymer detection system contains reagents and materials that detect and localize antigens in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues. The MULTIVIEW PLUS IHC kit optimizes IHC processes by including the entire workflow, from antigen retrieval to visualization.

The MULTIVIEW PLUS system can detect multiple antigens on a single tissue sample, while eliminating the traditional two-step method using biotin/avidin conjugates. The high sensitivity, low background reagents are made using proprietary labeling technology and consist of nanopolymers conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and alkaline phosphatase (AP), yielding very good multiplex detection results.

Included in the kit are MULTIVIEW PLUS HRP (anti-mouse) Reagent and MULTIVIEW PLUS AP (anti-rabbit) Reagent, which have been developed by labeling anti-mouse and anti-rabbit immunoglobulins. Use of our labeling technology helps deliver consistent and reproducible results across a wide range of tissue and cell types. The kit also includes our HIGHDEF® Chromogens which deliver sharp, crisp images with high specificity.
