Quattroflow™ Introduces QF4400HT Quaternary Diaphragm Pumps

Quattroflow™, part of PSG®, a Dover company and a leading brand of positive displacement quaternary diaphragm pumps, is pleased to announce that it has extended its HT product line with the release of the QF4400HT Quaternary (Four-Piston) Diaphragm pump. The new QF4400HT model is the ideal solution for a wide variety of biopharmaceutical applications, featuring a high turn-down ratio and accuracy in controlling flow rates.

The Quattroflow QF4400HT incorporates all the same industry-leading features and benefits as the QF4400 model with one significant space-saving exception: the pump chamber, pump drive, motor and control box are all integrated into one unit. The elimination of a separate control box gives the QF4400HT a more compact design and a smaller footprint, which is ideal for applications that require a smaller pump that offers a wide flow range – from 50–5,000 lph (13–1,321 gph). The design of the QF4400HT also includes easy “plug and play” installation and startup, and a keypad for manual control and display of the motor speed.

QF4400HT pumps are available in both Single- and Multiple-Use variations, and feature clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) capabilities for the stainless-steel pump chambers. QF4400HT pumps also feature a three-phase 400V power supply and are compatible with the Quattroflow PID controller. Analog input (4–20mA) is standard.
