BioProcess International Europe 2019: Event Planner
March 20, 2019
BioProcess International Europe has earned its reputation as the leading and largest European bioprocessing industry event. It is a key time each year when the industry connects to share new ideas and innovations across all phases of bioprocessing: from cell line development through upstream and downstream, with bioprocess analytics, viral safety, continuous manufacturing, and vaccines. This year’s meeting on 2–4 April 2019 at the Messe Wien Exhibition Congress Center in Vienna, Austria will attract more than 900 scientists, engineers, and executives working across the entire biopharmaceutical spectrum. Over three days, it is our mission to provide them with the science, technologies, and contacts they need to advance biopharmaceuticals, vaccines, and novel products through the pipeline to commercial success.
This multiple-track event provides new case studies and data presentations and exclusive site visits to nearby facilities, while bringing everyone together for plenary keynote sessions to keep abreast of key trends and critical updates. Keynote presenters on this year’s agenda include some of the brightest minds in bioprocessing: Stefanos Grammatikos (UCB Pharma), Christian Eckermann (Boehringer Ingelheim), Tony D’Amore (Sanofi Pasteur), and Brendan Hughes (BMS). Sven Taubert (head of corporate foresight and market intelligence at Lufthansa Technik AG) adds valuable insights from the aviation industry on how digitalization and industry 4.0 have been implemented, with similarities that can be applied to other highly regulated, safety sensitive industries.
The exhibition hall features more than 120 leading technology/equipment suppliers and service providers who will showcase the latest products and technologies devoted to helping the biopharmaceutical community accelerate products to market. For a series of lively onsite demonstrations that will truly bring the exhibition hall to life, don’t miss out on joining one of the Live Lab Tours that take place each day at lunchtime.
Our simple yet effective networking opportunities — attendee lunches, an evening cocktail welcome reception, an offsite party, cutting-edge poster tours, and the leading partnering tool (partneringONE) — all making this year’s meeting the must attend bioprocess event in Europe.
We all look forward to welcoming you to Vienna in April!
