Disposable Clamps

Qosina offers slide clamps, pinch clamps, and roller clamps in an assortment of sizes, colors, and styles. In stock and available for immediate delivery, these disposable clamps are available to fit tubing dimensions ranging from 0.06 inch OD to 0.75 inch OD. Material selection consists of polyacetal, polypropylene, polycarbonate, ABS, PVC, and many more to meet your needs. In addition, Qosina also carries clamps in a variety of sizes, styles, color, and materials, including closure clamps, catheter clamps, flow control clamps, hose clamps, towel clamps, and non-reopening clamps.

Anti-Slip Boot

Qosina is pleased to announce the addition of an anti-slip boot (#51599) to its extensive line of stock components. The new anti-slip boot helps prevent luer fittings from slipping apart and works with most standard luer fittings. Made from medical-grade silicone and applicable for autoclave, gamma, and EtO sterilizing, the anti-slip boot measures 11/32 inch ID × ½ inch OD × ¾ inch (0.343 inch × 0.5 inch × 0.75 inch, 8.7 mm × 12.7 mm × 19.05 mm). Designed to maintain the integrity of a luer fitting assembly, this simple solution helps prevent loss and contamination due to accidental disconnection of luer parts. Cross Connectors

Qosina now offers Cross Connectors (#97353 – #97358) in stock and ready for immediate delivery. They feature four barbed tubing ports and are made of radiation stable polypropylene formulated for biomedical and bioprocess applications. Barbed cross connectors come in sizes available to fit 1/16 inch (0.062 inch, 1.59 mm), 3/32 inch (0.093 inch, 2.38 mm), 1/8 inch (0.125 inch, 3.2 mm), 5/32 inch (0.156 inch, 3.97 mm), 3/16 inch (0.187 inch, 4.76 mm) or 1/4 inch (0.250 inch, 6.35 mm) ID tubing. Qosina carries a wide range of connectors including Y, T, straight, multi-port, funnel and elbow, along with a variety of tubing options to complete your project.

Non-Luer Quick Disconnect Couplings

Qosina now stocks SMC series polycarbonate non-luer connectors from Colder Products Company. The SMC is a twist-to-connect coupling that provides a reliable and more secure alternative to traditional luer-type connections and will not mate to a standard luer. The sophisticated design allows for tubing to rotate freely when connected to the in-line hose barb. This helps to prevent both accidental disconnections and kinked tubing. Available to fit tubing ranging from 1/16 inch to 1/8 inch (1.6 mm to 3.2 mm) ID. When connected, the coupling body and coupling insert measure 1.5 inch in total length. Qosina offers the coupling body and coupling insert separately, or together as a set. Qosina carries a variety of connectors and stocks C-Flex, DEHP-Free PVC, silicone (peroxide and platinum), Tygon, and PVC tubing along with thousands of stock components.
