MeiraGTx opens first commercial-scale gene therapy plant in Ireland

MeiraGTx has opened what it claims is the first commercial-scale gene therapy manufacturing site in Shannon, Ireland. AbCellera has begun the second phase of expansion at its Vancouver, Canada plant aimed at supporting antibody demand from its biopharma partners.
